Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor

 

It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything. Here’s “Stay Here”, the opening track off of “Filth”, by Swans. I love the industrial clang that permeates this track. It’s probably one of the heaviest things I’ve ever heard - heavier than 90% of the metal in my music library - and Michael Gira’s voice is the cherry on top of a completely deranged cake. The track moves forward with a vicious, bouncing groove, only to dissolve into smashed percussion and buzzing feedback. 

FINALS WEEK BROADCAST! I took over the studio for 2 hours. Here’s what I played. I might possibly do another show next week, depending on scheduling. Thanks for listening, everyone!
